What are my shipping options?

GracoRoberts offers Domestic US Shipping, Export shipping, and alternate delivery options such as Best Way, Collect, and Will-Call Pickup.

Shipping Options

GracoRoberts offers a number of shipping methods for our online customers and the available choices are dependent on the products placed in your cart:

  • Best Way (Billed on Shipment)
  • Carrier Collect: Haz air domestic, Haz ground domestic, non-haz air international, non-haz ground international, toxic ground
  • Pre-Paid and Add: FedEx Ground, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight
  • Will Call: You will arrange for your preferred carrier to pickup the goods from your local GracoRoberts Warehouse location

If Freight is Collect or Carrier is Best Way:

  • Total does not include shipping and handling charges. If additional specialty packaging and/or documentation charges are required, you will receive a Revised GracoRoberts Order Confirmation with new pricing.

If Freight is Pre-Paid and Add:

  • Total includes shipping and handling charges. If additional specialty packaging and/or documentation charges are required, you will receive a Revised GracoRoberts Order Confirmation with new pricing.

If Freight is a mix of  Pre-Paid and Add and Carrier is Will Call:

  • A GracoRoberts representative will reach out to confirm your order is ready for pickup.

If Freight is a mix of Collect and Pre-Paid and Add:

  • Total includes shipping and handling charges for PPD & Add shipments. If additional specialty packaging and/or documentation charges are required, you will receive a Revised GracoRoberts Order Confirmation with new pricing.

If Freight is a mix of Pre-Paid and Add and Will Call:

  • Total includes shipping and handling charges for Pre-Paid & Add shipments. If additional specialty packaging and/or documentation charges are required, you will receive a Revised GracoRoberts Order Confirmation with new pricing.
  • For your will call items, a GracoRoberts representative will reach out to confirm your order is ready for pickup.

Using your preferred carrier:

Select Carrier Collect at checkout and provide the following information:

  • Name of Carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Carrier Shipping Method Service Option
  • Your Carrier Account Number

Export Shipping

All goods for shipping outside of the United States will be packed and processed by our export specialists. Because of the variability of export shipping options the delivery options at checkout are limited.

Our default shipping option is Best Way, our team will select the most appropriate method of shipping for your order and shipping address, the cost of shipping and handling will be added to your final invoice.

Using your preferred carrier:

Select Carrier Collect at checkout and provide the following information.

  • Name of Carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Carrier Shipping Method Service Option
  • Your Carrier Account Number

In the Notes box please confirm how you want the goods to be packed (Ship by Ground or Ship by Air.

Please note that HAZMAT packing may incur additional charges that will be applied to your final invoice.

Will I be able to see where my item(s) ship from?

Yes, at end of the checkout process you can see where each item ships from. You have the option to choose a ship method for products shipping from each unique dispatch location.
