Reset your password in a few simple steps.
If you are already a GracoRoberts customer
If you currently do business with GracoRoberts (either online or offline), we have pre-registered you on our new site to make registration easy! Activating your account can be done in two simple steps:
- Access the password reset form and enter your username (your email address)
- Check your email inbox for a link to securely create your new password
Once you set your new password, you will be brought to a sign in page and your account registration will be complete!

Once your account is created, you can follow these steps to reset your password at any time. This easy process is also demonstrated in the video below.
- Click Sign In/Register on the top right to access login page
- Select "Forgotten your password"
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Password Reset Request" with instructions on how to reset your password, and click the link to set your new password.
Once you set your new password, you will be brought to a sign in page and your account registration will be complete!
